Tenants have the fitting to be provide all the way through the inspection and to be supplied with a replica of the inspection record. Additionally they have the fitting to dispute any findings or problems that aren’t in settlement with the true situation.
How are upkeep problems recognized all the way through an occupancy test addressed?
Upkeep problems will have to be documented and communicated to the tenant. A transparent timeline and procedure for resolving those problems will have to be agreed upon.
